Our Methodology
How we discover, verify, and publish collaboration software data — and why our numbers look different from a typical review site.
The pipeline
Every fact on this platform moves through the same pipeline: Discovery finds a candidate product, our Crawler collects only publicly available information from official sources, an AI Extraction layer converts that source material into structured fields, and a Verification stage decides whether a proposed value is confident and corroborated enough to publish. Low-confidence or single-source values are held for review rather than published.
The Software Intelligence Score
Every software, category, and bundle page displays a Software Intelligence Score — a percentage showing how complete and verified our information is, paired with a checklist (Identity, Pricing, Security, AI Features, Integrations, Documentation, Freshness). It is not a star rating, not a review aggregate, and it says nothing about customer satisfaction. It answers one question: how much of what we're showing you has actually been verified from an official source?
Vendor corrections
Every software page includes a way to request a correction or removal. Correction requests automatically trigger a re-crawl and re-verification; removal requests take effect immediately, without waiting on manual approval.
Proof points
Everyone else says “users rated this 4.7 out of 5.” We say “98% of our information about this software is verified from official sources, last checked this week.” That's a different promise, and we intend to keep it.
